With our Microsoft partnership renewal due in September, the past few weeks have seen everyone at SmarterWays busily swotting up and revising for our Microsoft exams.
In the past we have simply been just ‘Microsoft registered partners’ however with an ever-expanding team, we want to upgrade our partnership and our services to our customers and so gaining gold or silver partner status will show just how qualified the SmarterWays staff really are. Our new partnership status will also allow us to compete with some of our much bigger competitors.
Our aim is to provide the most cost-effective solutions and products, we make sure that we always stay on top of the latest innovations in technology and do this by taking regular exams and keeping up-to-date with the latest of the Microsoft products.
With an expanding list of customers, comes an expanding team of SmarterWays technicians.
Not only are we looking to develop our relationship with Microsoft through gaining an accredited partnership status but we are also looking to invest in staffing. The latest government budget, although not generous to some sectors, was generous to the IT sector and that has meant that we are able to benefit from the Microsoft Apprenticeship scheme – we are currently looking to recruit a young apprentice that will spend some time on the job with us and the rest of the time in the classroom learning all the skills needed to be a certified technician and be able to provide our customers with the best service possible.
There are many benefits of being a Microsoft partner; receive expert advice and guidance from Microsoft consultants for training, technical pre-sales and delivery support. Not just this but being partnered and associated with Microsoft adds legitimacy to a company and what we can do.
Passing the Microsoft exams are crucial in showing that we are confident in service offering and fully clued up on what we actually offer people – all sectors of the business are involved in our membership renewal, including all of the technicians, the directors and the sales and marketing team.
As partners, it is incredibly important for everybody in SmarterWays to have a good knowledge about Microsoft.
Thank you
SmarterWays
